TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Our Hotel check in time is from 2pm onwards and check out time will be at 12 noon sharp.

  2.

Cancellation of booking is not accepted within 24 hours from date of check in and any changes of room type or duration of stay must be subject to availability.

  3.

We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest.

  4.

The Guest will be charged for any damage caused in the room apart from the normal wear and tear. List of cost is available in the room.

  5.

Key must be left with the Front Office when you leave the Hotel. Key is the property of Ipoh Downtown Hotel Sdn. Bhd.
Lost keys or damaged keys will be charged RM50 nett.

  6. All guest have to pay a deposit and keep the deposit at all times with the Hotel.
The Management reserves the right to request full settlement of Guest's account at any time.
  7. The Management will not be responsible for valuables left or lost in the room. Safety Deposit Box is available in every room to store all valuables.
  8. Our liability is governed by the Innkeepers Ordinance, 1952.
  9. The Hotel is occupied by different Guest who have different schedules, all Guest are requested to respect others' sleeping time by not making excessive noise in their rooms or corridors at all times.
  10. Please contact Front Office for laundry services and payment is through room only. Staff are NOT allowed to collect cash payment for laundry.
  11. We do not allow business transactions or professional services to take place in rooms. We reserve the right to refuse admission of non-hotel guests.
  12. Children are not allowed to use lift alone, they have to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  13. All rates quoted are nett and charged in Ringgit Malaysia only.
